Latifah also has substantial experience in mergers and acquisitions, corporate reorganisations, and employment law, advising on both transactional and advisory mandates. Her comprehensive understanding of Indonesia’s legal and regulatory landscape enables her to deliver strategic, business-oriented solutions that align with clients’ long-term objectives.

Latifah earned her Master of Banking and Finance Law from the University of Melbourne and holds a Bachelor of Laws in Business Law from Universitas Indonesia. She is an advocate registered with PERADI (Indonesian Advocates Association), a member of the Association of Capital Market Legal Consultants (HKHPM), and a certified Personal Data Protection Officer.
