Arif is the Founding and Managing Partner of our firm. Bringing nearly two decades of experience in the legal field with a strong commercial perspective, he combines deep legal expertise with sharp practical judgment. His practice spans commercial, corporate, and capital markets law, with a strong focus on mergers and acquisitions, spin-offs, corporate structuring, and cross-border financing, including offshore loans and syndicated credits. He also maintains a strong practice in commercial litigation and dispute resolution, representing clients in complex corporate and commercial disputes. Beyond corporate and litigation, his expertise also covers employment and labour law, investment and foreign direct investment matters, strategic commercial arrangements, media and information technology law, and intellectual property law.

Arif’s client portfolio includes leading media companies, prominent digital enterprises and platforms ranging from e-commerce and financial technology to online logistics and transportation, financial institutions and public companies, as well as multinational trading companies, aviation companies, and manufacturing businesses including automotive component producers and specialty chemical companies. His client base further extends to property developers, pharmaceutical and healthcare companies, plantation groups, and multinational franchises.

Known for his sharp legal insight and practical business perspective, he delivers solutions that are legally robust and commercially effective.

He earned his Bachelor of Laws degree from Trisakti University, majoring in Business and Industrial Law, and holds a Master of Laws in Economic Law from the University of Indonesia with cum laude honours. Arif is a member of the Indonesian Advocates Association (PERADI) and The Indonesian Association of Legal Consultants in the Financial Services Sector (HKHSK).
