Arif is our firm founding and Managing Partner, with his extensive experience and broad knowledge on legal matters for over a decade, Arif focusing his practice on commercial law area.

Arif has been successfully involved and represents clients in numerous action which includes merger and acquisition, property law, offshore loan transaction, investment and company structuring, company liquidation, employment and commercial dispute settlement matters.

He handled clients from various business sector and backgrounds, from trading service, multi-national franchise chain, manufacture, financial and capital market services to property and real estate company.

Arif has been acknowledged by numerous clients for his in-depth and broad analysis, practical, commercial aware and straight forward approach when handles their matters.

Arif earned his bachelor degree from Trisakti University Majoring Business and Industrial Law, he is a member of Indonesian Advocate Association (PERADI) and also member of Indonesia’s Association of Capital Markets Legal Consultant (HKHPM).
