If PCR test is not possible at the location, it can be replaced with rapid-test plus letter of free from influenza-like illness. For commuter passing through cross country checkpoint, only the letter of free from influenza-like illness is required. For those who conduct PCR test upon arrival, they would have to be quarantined while waiting for the test result in the designated quarantine location by the government.
Surveillance, Management and Evaluation
For individual which has influenza-like illness or is declared reactive/positive of Covid-19, they would need to be quarantined in government designated location or conduct self-quarantine under government surveillance.
This Circular Letter revokes the previous 2 Circular Letters of Covid-19 Response Acceleration Task Force, which are SE No.4/2020 and SE No.5/2020 which limited the travel between regions and arrival to Indonesia, except for those working in medical, security, basic needs, and important economic function sectors.
